Laura M. Perez & Associates, Inc. (LMP) was founded in 1989 and is a certified woman owned company. The firm is comprised of a committed group of experienced individuals specializing in all aspects of architecture, Interior Design, Planning and Construction Inspection Services. We pride ourselves on owner and user satisfaction as demonstrated by our repeat contracts.
Our current staff includes 2 registered architects, staff architects, standard building inspectors, general contractor, estimator/scheduler, LEED certified professional and support staff. LMP is licensed by the State of Florida Board of Architecture and holds Minority, Woman and/or Hispanic Business Enterprise certification from the State of Florida, Miami-Dade County, Broward County and other local agencies.

Ms. Perez has over 38 years of Architectural planning, design and management experience for a wide range of projects. As president of LMP, Ms. Perez responsibilities include management of projects, supervision of architectural staff, coordination with sub-consultants and clients, planning, design and bidding services as well as overseeing construction administration
Adrian Perez
Vice-President
Mr. Perez has over 24 years of business administration experience commencing as an accounts payable/receivable clerk through his current position as vice-president. His current responsibilities consist of the overall administration of the firm including personnel, accounts, payroll, equipment, contracts and marketing for a wide range of public and private architectural and construction projects.

Mr. Pierucci has over 36 years of Architectural planning, design and management experience for a wide range of projects. As senior architect at LMP, Mr. Pierucci responsibilities include management of projects, supervision of architectural staff, coordination with sub-consultants, planning, design, bidding services and construction administration.
