Fantasy World Daycare
Laura M Perez and Associates, Inc. (LMP) was responsible for the programming, design, and construction administration services for the existing building renovation at Fantasy World Daycare.
Renovation Scope:
New 4800 SF
• Five individual rooms ranging from infant care to four (4) year old toddlers
• Each equipped with its own private restroom • It also boasts a full kitchen, clinic, reception room with private office
• Two Staff restrooms
• Multi-purpose playroom and playground
The Daycare was designed with organization as its main concept, which is demonstrated in the different color and design patterns throughout.
