Laura M Perez and Associates, Inc. (LMP) was responsible for the master plan, program, design and construction administration services for the Equestrian Center Expansion.

Two new 50,000 SF Metal Covered Show Rings
Renovation Scope:
• Renovation to existing uncovered ring
• New sound system for rings and stables
• Covered walkway connections to all areas

• New parking • Paver courtyard
